Crossdressing has various meanings and viewpoints to it. Crossdressing involves wearing intimate apparel opposite. In literature, theatre, history, and today a multitude of uses and reasons are available. Historically, it has also been a way of securing jobs or going into war for women, circumventing the stigma that obscured women from the workforce. Few studies have been carried out to explain the prevalence of transvestism or cross-dressing. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of cross-dressing on love relationships and sexual practices in a person.

 

For decades, the majority of the men identified themselves as crossdressers. Nearly all respondents had a whole woman persona with name and appeared in public cross-dressed regularly. Most of the men were married to women who were tolerant of their activity or to accept it. The worst responses came from the women who found out that their husband after their marriage years. While gender is sometimes defined as a binary, on a continuum, a lot of reports identify with a gender. Although some may believe their identification is conveniently associated with one end or the other, other people may find themselves in the middle somewhere. Those who believe their gender is compatible with their birth-assigned sex are also identified as cisgender.Many people find that this is not in line and can thus classify, among others, as transgender, gender that is contradictory, non-binary, gender fluid, a species or two spirits.
